If you have questions or issues accessing the myCommunity website, contact for assistance with donations and matches; and for assistance with Cause Cards and other volunteering opportunities.

Here are the 2023 deadlines for both programs:

  • Dec. 31, 2024: All 2024 volunteer hours completed Jan-Dec must be submitted in myCommunity to earn and redeem Cause Cards before they reset on Jan. 1, 2024.
  • Dec. 31, 2024: All credit card donation match requests made in myCommunity must be completed as part of your donation
  • Jan. 15, 2025: All offline match requests for donations/contributions made in between Jan. 1, 2023 through Dec. 31, 2023 directly to nonprofits must be submitted to myCommunity
