If you have questions or issues accessing the myCommunity website, contact Giving@pgn.com for assistance with donations and matches; and Volunteer@pgn.com for assistance with Cause Cards and other volunteering opportunities.
Here are the 2026 deadlines for both programs:
- Dec. 31, 2026: All 2026 volunteer hours completed Jan-Dec must be submitted in myCommunity to earn and redeem Cause Cards before they reset on Jan. 1, 2027.
- Dec. 31, 2026: All credit card donation match requests made in myCommunity must be completed as part of your donation
- Jan. 15, 2027: All offline match requests for donations/contributions made between Jan. 1, 2026 through Dec. 31, 2026 directly to nonprofits must be submitted to myCommunity
